Terms of Service

By accessing this website or purchasing from DKCOUNTER LLC, you agree to these terms. All products and content remain the property of DKCOUNTER LLC until payment has been received in full. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or unavailability of the product. Where an order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount charged is refunded in full.

The content of this website — text, images, and design — is the property of DKCOUNTER LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to process orders and to respond to enquiries: your name, email address, and where relevant your billing and delivery details. When you use the contact form on this site, the details you enter are sent to us by email and are used solely to answer your message.

Payment information is handled directly by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers involved in fulfilling your order — payment processing, shipping, and hosting — and only to the extent required to carry out that service.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to alexandre@dkcounter.com. We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Refunds & Cancellations

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Digital products are refundable within 14 days of purchase where the product has not been substantially downloaded or accessed.

Subscriptions, where offered, may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.

To request a refund or a cancellation, contact alexandre@dkcounter.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

Payment security

This website is served over HTTPS. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; DKCOUNTER LLC does not collect, process, or store card details on its own systems.
